Step by step instructions for Child Pose

  1. First you kneel on the mat, touching your big toes together
  2. Sit on your heels and separate your knees about as wide as your hips.
  3. Inhale and stretch your hand up
  4. Exhale and bend forward and then lay on your torso down, between your thighs.
  5. Relax your sacrum and narrow your hip points toward the navel
  6. Stay on the pose for 1 minute.
  7. To come up by lengthening the front torso
  8. Then with an inhalation lift your body and stretch upward.
